Short version
Nerveblocker collects no personal data. There is no account, no tracking, no analytics, and no cookies. Your attempts, scores and settings never leave your device.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered as static files. The hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP address, time of access and requested file, for the purpose of delivering the site and maintaining its security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating the website reliably.
Data stored on your device
Your chosen language is stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. This is not transmitted anywhere and can be cleared through your browser at any time.
VR mode
In VR mode the browser's WebXR interface provides headset and controller pose so the scene can be rendered. This data is processed only in your browser for the duration of the session and is never transmitted or stored.
Data protection officer
As a public-law body, the operator has appointed a data protection officer. Their contact details are given in the imprint; you may contact them directly with any question about how your data is handled.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability regarding personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since this site itself stores no personal data, such requests concern the hosting provider's connection logs; the contact point is given in the imprint.
